Dating Wednesday Addams

- Everything is a competition but in like, a fun, cute, teasing way

- Waking up next to her and saying ‘good morning love’ just to watch her cheeks turn bright red

- She is def really easily embarrassed when it comes to someone she actually cares about

- She will teach you how to do the things that she enjoys if you do not know how to do them

- Laying on the bed in her and Enid’s dorm, reading a book while listening to Italian opera and the sounds of Wednesday working on her book

- You get to read her drafts and things!!

- Writing each other detailed letters full of poetry ripped out of books and pressed flowers when they’re apart because Wednesday doesn’t have a phone (when Xavier gives her one at the end of season one, the first thing she does is make you put your phone number in. You tease her like crazy about it cause blushing Wednesday is quite possibly the cutest Wednesday.)

- You guys literally will face time while doing your own things for hours and hours just so it can feel more like you’re existing in the same place after everyone gets sent home.

- Letting! Her! Braid! Your! Hair!

- If you play an instrument, she would definitely want to do duets with her cello (especially if its piano that you play)

- Maybe the reader just sings along to the songs Wednesday plays so Wednesday just starts learning more songs that have words and that she knows you know the words to just so she can hear your voice

- Wednesday would definitely do something like compose a song for you on the cello as a birthday present and it is definitely the most lovely thing you’ve ever heard and probably makes you cry

- Sometimes your feelings make her really uncomfy because she’s not great at processing or understanding stuff but you guys work together and figure it out even when that means giving one another some space.

- Getting really old, rare books from her

- Changing the ink ribbons in her type writer for her so her hands don’t get stained (you know how much she values being cleanly and you don’t really mind anyways)

- Getting to dance with her at the Rave’n (and requesting the DJ to play her favorite waltz as a surprise. You guys are literally the only ones left dancing when it comes on because no one else is very interested in it, but you have the best time and she can’t help but smile)

- It’s so rare to see Wednesday smile that its become a game for you so you’re just constantly doing things for her and she doesn’t understand why until one day you get really excited after giving her something and she asks why and you’re just like “You smiled. I love your smile.”

- She definitely has some cute nicknames for you like pretty girl and sunshine but refuses to use them in public (you’ve never seen her more embarrassed then when she accidentally used one when Enid was in the room)

- Holding the flashlight for her when she’s grave digging

Play as Enid Sinclair in a dating sim game set in Nevermore Academy where your main goal is to romance your roommate, Wednesday Addams, before the end of the school year. And, because life as a teenager is hard, try also not to fail school or neglect your other friends.

“As first dates go,” she said, her glossy gaze still admiring the woman in her lap, “this really could have gone better.”

“It was more than I could have imagined.”

“Well, you never were very good at imagining the nicer things.”

“Are you calling me unimaginative?”

“If the predictably black boot fits…”

The detective exhaled a breathy chuckle and smiled. For once, it was entirely sincere, unfettered by pained past or impending future. From her partner’s delighted gasp, it too was more than she could have imagined.

“You have dimples?!” exclaimed the wolf in an incredulous tone. “After all this time, you’ve been hiding what are, and I must emphasize, the most adorable-as-shit dimples I’ve ever seen!”

The answering shrug was barely more than a shudder. “Contingency plan. Secret weapon. Either way, I was saving it for when your usefulness inevitably ended.”

The wolf’s mock offended gasp rang hollow, as did her half-hearted shove. Too a light a touch. Too aware of the damage.

“Screw you, Detective.”

“If we only had the time, Wolf.”

Those words proved too much for the moment. It finally broke with one woman’s sob, while the other could only marvel as tears rained upon her face. Hot droplets upon rapidly cooling skin and that exceedingly rare smile. Marvelous.

“Moon above, I’m going to miss you.” She wiped away tears from eyes that have never been more vividly blue and pressed her wet palms to her beloved’s face.

“As I will miss you, my sunlit heart.”

“Wait for me, okay? Wherever you’re going.”

“Of course. When have—have I not?”

A trembling smile. Tears that were once specks of heat now went unfelt. Her entire world had narrowed to behold only the one who cradled her. The one who held her heart. Everything else had long gone black.

“One—One more kiss, my love? For… the journey?”

Did she manage to speak? She couldn’t tell. She couldn’t even feel relief when the shining angel above her nodded. So bright. So perfect. So—

Oh.

Pressure upon her lips. Her angel. Her faithful wolf. She was gravity beyond celestial. In that infinite black, with all else gone, it was magnified a trillion fold. Binary existence. The nothing of Zero, and the everything that was Her, distilled into singularity.

If she could still speak, something the dead are lamentably incapable of, she would have reassured her love one last time. She would have laced their fingers so their nails alternated rainbow and black. Her smirk would be the one her wolf so adored. Then, in the driest of tones, she would have told her this:

“As far as last dates go, this was unequivocally flawless. For what else could I have ever desired, but to be ushered into eternity by the very one who had become my everything?”

And so did it end. One final case, closed with a long-awaited date that was both their first and their

“HELL-TO-THE-FUCK NO!!”

Wednesday: Excuse me?

The writer looks up from her manuscript to take in Enid’s tear-streaked visage. Twisted as her face is in distraught fury, she is breathtaking, if perhaps a touch snotty from ugly crying.

Enid: Wednesday Friday Addams, you— *sniffles* —are NOT allowed to finish the book this way!

Enid: Whatever THAT was— *jabs finger at the manuscript* —is NOT how things are ending for Viper and Zeva!

Wednesday: *stunned* But it’s done. I just need to send it to the editor—

Enid: No! Nope! Nada! Nein! Ie! Aniya! Οχι!

Wednesday: Enid—

Enid: 🙅‍♀️

Wednesday: Then what—

Enid: What you are GOING to do is edit the everloving shit out of the ending, so that my girlies get the HAPPILY-ever-after they freakin’ DESERVE!

Enid: *claws out* You are NOT ruining Wolfviper, GOT IT?!

Wednesday: *deep suffering sigh*

The manuscript goes flying as Wednesday is bowled over by Enid’s exceedingly pleased and relieved tackle hug.

Enid: *releases Wednesday* Kay, now get to it.

Wednesday: Get to what?

Enid: *shoves Wednesday towards her desk* To fixing that dumpster fire you call an ending.

"Hello, Liu-shidi," Shang Qinghua said.

"Shang Qinghua," Liu Qingge said, and then he said, "What the hell."

Goddamn it, Liu-shidi.

Shang Qinghua knew it was a surprise, but couldn't he have come up with something better to say than that? Maybe he should've sent a note ahead, after all. Then Liu-shidi could make himself look appropriately touched at Shang Qinghua's offering.

Regardless of that, Shang Qinghua bowed. "This shixiong would like to present you with a token," he murmured, and then gestured to what Liu Qingge had been staring at the entire time: the head of the Six-Tailed Dragon-Lion that Shang Qinghua had spent three goddamn days trying to kill.

It had been really hard! It'd involved a lot of explosives and screaming! But if he'd picked anything easier to bring back as a trophy for his beloved, it wouldn't have been romantic enough by Bai Zhan standards! So he'd fucking done it! And he'd timed it so he came back at sunset, so everything looked suitably romantic! Liu-shidi better be grateful!

"I... " Liu Qingge said. He stopped there, uselessly. Shang Qinghua waited, but Liu Qingge mostly seemed to be occupied at staring at the dragon-lion head, which -- okay, fine, acceptable, Shang Qinghua probably would've been offended if Liu Qingge didn't stare. After all, it was an objectively impressive kill! It deserved to be appreciated!

"The rest of the body is here," Shang Qinghua said, and pressed a qiankun pouch into Liu Qingge's weirdly limp and unresisting hand. "I hear that the liver is very good for improving qi levels. I hope it's useful to Liu-shidi."

He flashed his most charming smile at Liu Qingge. This seemed to spark a reaction. Liu Qingge straightened his back, fingers tightening on the qiankun pouch. He still looked a little bit like Shang Qinghua had hit him over the head with a frying pan, which wasn't the best view for their eagerly watching audience, but whatever, they couldn't have everything. "I. Uh. Thank you. Shang-shixiong."

Good enough! Now Shang Qinghua could throw himself into the hot springs on An Ding and then pass the fuck out!

Shang Qinghua was still holding Liu Qingge's hand. He briefly contemplated doing the romantic thing of bringing it to his mouth to kiss it, like something out of a shitty romance novel. He settled for giving it a squeeze, and blithely ignored the weird twitch Liu Qingge reacted with. "Good night, Liu-shidi."

Wednesday: Violently and with a bat.

Enid: Come get some motherfucker!

Wednesday Addams X Fem Reader

You and Wednesday started dating during the school year. And it was good for you and Wednesday but like at the end of every school year you two must part ways.

Wednesday didn’t know what to think as she somehow felt this feeling of dread. And Wednesday did like it, just know that something you may love is far away and now you have this hole in your heart.

You did miss Wednesday but you two still kept in contact though texting and calling. You would like to send her pictures and yes her replies can be dry but she does appreciate you sharing those pictures with her.
